The SIMtone Universal Provisioning Platform is a Tier 1 carrier grade universal service provisioning platform. It is the first data-less, stateless, protocol-independent, network-based, carrier platform that automatically provisions and manages connectivity, security, service session , service features and user devices on the fly, for any number of virtual hosted services, acting much like a dial tone service. The SIMtone platform allows Operators to provision their own SIMtone dialtone and enable Virtual Cloud Computing Services on their networks.

As a result of this unique patented design, the SIMtone enables any hosted virtual computing service to be made instantly available - seamlessly, securely and on demand, via any network, to anyone, anywhere.It is the only such solution that can be offered as a broad telecommunication service, allowing for unparalleled economies of scale and unprecedented low provisioning costs.

The SIMtone Universal Service Provisioning platform or SIMtone USP is a turnkey package available only to SIMtone certified Tier I Operators. The SIMtone USP provides a turnkey solution which enables an Operator to provision the SIMtone on their networks and offer users simple, secure, seamless access to hosted virtual services from any device on private LANs or across the Internet.

The SIMtone Universal Service Provisioning Platform (SIMtone USP) includes:

1. All equipment and software necessary to support planned initial SIMtone subscriber capacity, factory preconfigured and tested for 72 hours, including:
   
   
   1. Factory preconfigured SSC (SIMtone Sessions management & control Center), SC (Service Center), SIMtone XAS (XDS Administration Service), SNAPs (SIMtone Network Access Points) and an optional WebSNAP server.
   2. All equipment and software necessary to support full SIMtone XAS provisioning to Service Providers and Consumers
   3. Simplex configuration, and High Availability configurations available.
   4. SIMtone Right To Use Annual License
   5. On-site certification of the installed system.
   6. Ongoing Maintenance and Support
2. Operations, Administration & Management procedures including Training & Personnel Certification
3. Engineering, Test & Acceptance procedures including site specific engineering, equipment configuration and on-site installation, test and turn-up services. This package is optional.
