The SIMtone XAS service is a single, secure, network-provisioned portal for service providers, enterprises and consumers to configure, provision and manage each and any of their SIMtone Servers and service offerings. The SIMtone XAS does not access, retrieve, store or manage any Enterprise Server data or user information.

Administration - Activate, manage and profile access, service features and policies to an unlimited number of SIMtone servers for each user, on demand, on the fly, from the SIMtone, without any server software installation or reconfiguration.

Performance - Monitor the performance of each SIMtone Server and Connectors and the overall performance of the SIMtone Network.

Service Portal - Electronically file and track trouble tickets, review FAQs and access Self-help documents, processes and procedures.

Billing - View current and historical billing statements.
